Keep. On. Going.

These days we are more aware that there are things we have take for granted in life. Whether it is our health, the abilty to see those we care about in pero and give them a hug or going to the gym…these things many of us have had to be creative about and adjust.

Even with everything going on the statistics have not gone away about the high rates of falls for older adults. Every day live activities even restricted still call for strength, agility, power, and coordination. Being sedentary can be a road leading to not only negative physical effects but also mental. Ageism weaves its way into low expectations put on older adults or internalized by them as to their ability or potential.

Articles have been posted that “Personal Training is Dead.” That is nothing but a slap in the face to fitness professionals that are finding creative ways to help and inspire clients and the general public to continue to move better. It may not be ideal. It may not be perfect. But personal training is not dead. Helping someone move better so they can train for the life they way want to live is not dead.

Stay safe & stay vigilant about your health & keep on moving better every day.

See you in 2021.
